Order wrong. 2 hrs for pizza

Order # BJC0020 TRANSACTION# 15208**** order pizza- wrong order delivered. Called. Told remake. 2hrs later.. Ask for refund. Manager very rude. Hung up on me. Probably no refund or partial.. was very upset about manager customer service. 2hrs for pizza. Really... don't think refund was that much to ask for.

Were you willing to return the wrong pizza? Did the manager tell you that you need to return the pizza for a refund and you mistook that as rude? Did the manager hang up on you because you raised your voice?

The employee that answers the phone .. at the Campbell location is so rude. And the manager definitely doesn't care? Ordered once to twice a week for years...... Won't ever return

It's unfortunate to be so rude to people. Manager should validate at least instead of making excuses for his employees.

Employee insisted that when I give my phone number, I need to use single digits instead of 20 or 40? I mean really?? Like everytime I called. I finally got fed up and stopped calling, then tried once more a month later...nope she's still there and rude as ever, so told Johnny the manager, he's a joke.

Didn't care at all. I won't ever be returning...ever.

this world has forgotten how to be kind it's sad.

I just call to feed my kids in a hurry, I should not have to be told everytime how to say my phone number! Eewwe!

Requesting customers to plainly state their number as 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 is not rude and is completely acceptable! The employees are simply trying to make sure they have your correct number. There is nothing rude at all about that.

Pizza never delivered but paid for

Had to go down to the shop after paying for pizza to be delivered. The app said my card had been declined so I re-entered it. Ended up paying twice. So $60 for an awful pizza. The first at the shop (64th and simms in arvada) was no help at all and said it was an issue with the delivery service which we used on THEIR WEBSITE!

Online the location at 1490 S Sheridan shows open it allowed to place the order even told me will be ready in 15 minutes. After driving 30 minutes to get their the store was closed. Why list on-line that you are open when your not. I would like a response as to how this happend. As i have seen other locations that indicate they are closed.

I bought a deal tonight, Large family pack with 2 large pizzas and 2 toppings on each pizza.

When I received my order, by delivery, my pizzas had more than one topping. My children were unable to eat their dinner due to pizzas having some type of chili on it, almost like hot sauce of some sort.

I would personally like a refund for our meal that was purchased last night due to our order being incorrect or even a partial refund would be appreciated.

My order was 56.89.

As I know accidents happen and cooks can get orders confused from time to time, I appreciate them taking the time to deliver our meal this evening!

On 11/15/2022 My husband went inside of blackjacks to pick up our pizza. A few minutes later he's back at the car telling me that no one was there to greet him but he could see the pizza sitting there.

He ringed the buzzer and announced himself to the people in the back but they just stood there. So I went in and basically had to yell at the people in the back and they finally came. I told the lady who I was picking up for and she pulled up my total and just stared at me so I told her we already paid. I then told her what had happened to my husband and her response was no one was in here.

She finally hand's me the pizza after it's nice and cold and I proceed to tell her that he rang the buzzer but no one came and her response again was no one rang the buzzer there wasn't anyone in here. So I just said forget it and left. I then made a decision that I would make a complaint but remembered that I didn't get her name so I called and asked to speak with a manager who turns out to be the woman at the counter.

I asked her for her name witch she responded what can I help you with I repeated that question three times and got the same response. I figured it was pointless to continue I told the woman that I would make a complaint and hung up.

I work 12 hrs a day, at the end of the day Im exhausted and hungry. I called, placed order l was told Ready Im 15 minutes!

I get there and was told I forgot to place the order, Im only human I made a mistake!

I asked for a discount and was denied, I asked for manager was told I was speaking to the manager.

Long story short, I was not treated like a valued customer, I was lied to and the manager did not try to rectify the situation, needless to say I left without a pizza for a number of reasons no fault of my own.

He offered to make the pizza, I declined for fear theyd spit in it.

Customer service is at an all time low here. I will NEVER do business with them again and tell anyone else who will listen.
